Analyzing your trading patterns and providing insights

Storage Locations: EU users' data is stored in Oracle Cloud and Google Cloud EU regions. US users' data is stored in US regions.
Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest

Default Retention: 1 year from account closure or last activity
Extended Retention: 5 years if you explicitly request it
You can request deletion of your data at any time

8. Sanctions Countries

Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
Any other country subject to comprehensive USA, European Union, or United Nations sanctions
We may update this list from time to time to reflect changes in sanctions regulations

By using our service, you confirm that you are not located in, nor are you a citizen or resident of, any sanctioned country or territory. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

9. Analytics & Tracking

We use the following services to monitor and improve our platform performance:

Google Analytics: To understand how our service is used. Google Analytics may collect information about your device, browser, and how you interact with our service. This information is used to improve our service and is not linked to your personal trading data.
Sentry: For error monitoring and performance tracking. Sentry helps us identify and fix technical issues quickly by collecting anonymized error reports and performance metrics. No personal data or trading information is sent to Sentry.

10. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
